Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

A little sweet and a little savory, these delicious wings provide a hearty yet heathy kick to your on the road diet.


  • 2-3 lbs chicken wings (approx. 20-30 wings, or enough to fill a 2 qt Crock-Pot;
    double the recipe if you are using a 4 qt pot)

  • 3/4 cup raw honey (preferably liquid or melted)

  • 1.5 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (regular or light)

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Tools You'll Need

  • Cutting board/knife
  • Measuring spoons
  • Whisk (or fork)
  • Crock-Pot


  • Place wings in Crock-Pot.
  • In a small bowl, combine the following and whisk until blended: honey, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle mixture over wings and stir so sauce covers wings throughout.
  • Cook wings in Crock-Pot on low for 6 hours, or medium for 3-4 hours.
  • Plate and enjoy!
