Healthy Quick Oatmeal

Start the day off right with a well-rounded meal topped with your favorite fresh fruits.


  • 2 cups of old fashioned oats

  • A plant milk of your choice (E.g. cashew, coconut, almond, etc.)

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 2 heaping tbsp applesauce

  • Your choice of fresh or frozen fruit

  • 2 tbsp real maple syrup (optional)

Tools You'll Need

  • Measuring cups/spoons
  • Bowl
  • Spoon


  • Place oats in a bowl, add just enough plant milk to wet the oats and stir.
  • Add all ingredients except fruit, and allow oats to sit for at least 10 min.
  • Top with your choice of fruit and enjoy.
