Start the day off right with a well-rounded meal topped with your favorite fresh fruits.
2 cups of old fashioned oats
A plant milk of your choice (E.g. cashew, coconut, almond, etc.)
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 heaping tbsp applesauce
Your choice of fresh or frozen fruit
2 tbsp real maple syrup (optional)
Tools You'll Need
- Measuring cups/spoons
- Place oats in a bowl, add just enough plant milk to wet the oats and stir.
- Add all ingredients except fruit, and allow oats to sit for at least 10 min.
- Top with your choice of fruit and enjoy.
